The “Old Player” in the Plex app on Apple TV will only play for a minute or two. I’m not sure when it began, since I haven’t used it in a couple of weeks. Last night I discovered that my files will only play for a minute or two before I get a black screen and no sound. The ticker/timer at the bottom of the screen continues to advance like it’s still playing, but is not. If I back out and try again, I get the buffering spinning wheel. If I switch the “Advanced Player” it picks up and plays just fine to the end of the movie. I have rebooted everything and changed settings multiple times, trying to narrow down the issue, and have come to the conclusion it’s out of my control. I am using three public betas in the mix, which probably isn’t recommended.
I prefer to use the “Old Player” because there is no audio/voice sync issues, like the “Advanced Player” has.

Apple TV 4K with tvOS 14.5-18L5173f (Public Beta) and Plex app 7.14 (23007)
