I don’t know what version you are looking for, but the dev had made those available for sideloading. You need to search the forums. Search for the specific version number and it should come up. For example, here is the thread for 2.013 but I’m guessing you don’t want that version. Plex for Samsung app 2.013 submitted to Samsung
