Old server won't delete on multiple clients

I deleted the device on my main plex server and now doesn’t appear there, but on my nvidia shield, cell phone, it is still on my server list (on the left pulldown). How can I get rid of it once and for all?

When you deleted it, was it from the side panel after it couldn’t find the server? Or was it from the settings page. I had the same trouble. When I deleted it from the side panel.

Try settings, authorized devices, and the filter by server. Delete it from there.

Hi. How do you delete it from the side panel? I thought I deleted it from from authorized devices but I think it it added itself back somehow. Thanks.

Is the server listed in Authorized Devices? If so, delete it.

You may have to force quit the app or logout/login on some clients to refresh things (or just restart the Shield/phone/etc).

If the old server was the “default” server in some clients, you’ll also have to reset those clients:

I deleted the rogue server name from my Authorized Devices, and it’s not showing up on the server desktop nor app.plex.tv/desktop. It appears its a problem with android, even reinstalling won’t delete it.

Try resetting the customizations, as suggested by @OttoKerner.
