Older Roku's and all my Echo Dots (2nd & 3rd Gen) stopped streaming music from my Synology NAS

Server Version#:1.31.0.6654.-7000
Player Version#:

I have been streaming for years, so this is not a setup issue! A few days ago, my 2nd and 3rd generation Echo Dots (Alexa) stopped streaming Plex music from my Synology NAS. My Roku 4210x’s, Roku 3800x and Roku 3900x no longer stream. The Echo Dot says that no server available. In the non-working roku’s it says that the NAS is unavailable. I can retry or sign in again. A successful login does not fix the problem.

If I relink the plex credentials in the Alexa App, Alexa says she is going to play music, but does not. I tried several pieces and none play.

My Fire TV sticks still work as do my android devices and my Roku 4660x2’s.

I just updated to the above server version to try and fix the problem. I have updated the software on my Roku’s. My Synology has the latest DSM.

I have disabled the Alexa skill then re-enabled. In the plex server I have disabled remote access then re-enabled. In the roku’s that don’t work, I have asked the roku to update software. I have unplugged a bunch of devices then plugged them back in again with no success.

This issue is independent of my router as android phones work on either side of my firewall.
