"ON DECK" function not working in some libraries

hi all,

i’m currently running the latest version of Plex Server and a mix of clients (iPads, laptops and a dedicated home theatre PC) and I’m finding that the “ON DECK” function is not working on some libraries. On others its working fine.

I’ve tried from multiple clients the result seems to be the same.

For the libraries its NOT working on, my current ON DECK list is movies that I watched around 4 months ago. Since then, it seems that Plex is not recognising that additional movies have been run at all - if I sort by RECENTLY VIEWED, none of the movies that I’ve watched in the last couple of months has is coming up.

I can’t remember if that coincides with a specific Plex update or if anyone’s found the same.

Can anyone shed any light on what may be causing this?

Can you confirm if your using different Users
For instance i have My Plex Media Server User
Lounge TV User
and my general Clients User ie phone and web acess

what i watch on the tv does not affect what i have watched on my client user.

or do you have just the one user account for everything ?

I’m currently not using multiple users. I have just one account for everything.

is there a specific “cache” setting for each library that may affect how one library remembers whats ON DECK vs another?
