On Deck Items not updating consistently

Server Version#: latest beta as of 10-5
Player Version#: latest prod as of 10-5 shield, and web player

Have an odd issue. In the last few weeks my on deck items don’t consistently update. E.g. if I watch a show fully or partially, it still remains on on deck as unwatched. If I log out and back in a few times, it will eventually update. Is there some local cache on the server or client side causing this? I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling clients, restarting server, empty trash/clean bundles/optimize database, not none seems to work.

I did notice this error in the console but that appears related to Music libraries so doesn’t seem related but not sure:

Is your server local or remote?

Is Webhooks enabled?

Is your firewall NAT rule forwarding TCP & UDP traffic to your server?

What host operating system are you using?

Assuming you meant relay? Relay and webhooks are enabled. Tcp and udp over 32400 is allowed and secure connection is established properly. Host is Ubuntu 18.04 kernel 5.4. Plex is official Plex docker image running latest Plex beta. Host is not nat’d, but docker punches 32400 through tcp and udp to containers Nat ip.

My gut feeling would either be database corruption or slow database performance.

Does your plex database reside on SSD storage?

It does reside on nvme disk. I’ve did a repair on it not too long ago but I’ll give it another shot.
