I have three managed users in Plex Home. One of those users has content limited by content rating. When this restriction is in place, the On Deck feature doesn’t appear to work. As soon as I remove the restrictions, the On Deck appears. I have verified the content that is in On Deck meets the content rating of the restriction.
I did find a work around, if I include None in content rating restrictions, the On Deck comes back.
Thanks! I can confirm the same issue happens with a content restricted (kids) regular account in a Plex Home as well, I’ve sent out word to the my two non home users to see if the same thing happens there as well.
Same issue here. The last two PlexPass releases have that problem. I really had hoped it was fixed in the last one.
