Once again I can't reach Plex server

Server Version#: 1.18.5
Player Version#: NA

Once again I am somehow unable to access the plex server on my network.
It’s installed on a Synology NAS (runs in docker?) on a local network 172.16.66.0/24. My laptop in on a different subnet 10.0.42.0/24 which is also coming from the same router (pfsense).

Normally I access plex on <diskstation.domain.name>:32400/web which allows me to manage my media etc.

Now suddenly and for no apparent reason when I access this URL I get “Add your media to Plex”, as if I have nothing on the server, and under “settings” menu I get an occasional popup saying “Unable to connect to “diskstation” securely.”.
I click on “allow insecure connection” but nothing changes.

On my phone, on the same 10.0.42.0/24 network the plex app is able to see all my content.
I’ve tried various things but I just can’t figure out what is going on here – I can clearly reach the server, so what is the problem here?
I really like Plex but I get these issues constantly, it’s very frustrating.

You get the same issue when going through app.plex.tv?

Sorted. It was the DNS rebinding issue mentioned in several places, including here:

Thanks
