one channel missing out of charlotte nc stations

so i’m running an hdhr3-us and it runs great. picks up all the channels. there is a new sub channel 36.4 (quest) that shows up in the list but doesn’t have guide data for it. what can be done? is it plex end or the providers?

anyone else in NC market see this or have a solution?

I asked also, someone pointed to a link to report to GraceNote about missing channels. I submitted it using theform:

I also submitted several times over the last month for my area of NC. Today it showed up as a mapable channel but still does not have any guide data associated with it that gets downloaded. Just keep reporting eventually they will fix it I guess.

thanks! i have reported it too in the gracenotes epg part. glad to see someone else is doing it as well!
