Go into the Plex installation folder and right click on the process that is failing to run. Select Properties and then go to the Compatability tab. Change the compatability mode down one version at a time until it works. This is what I would try if I even used Windows.
Changing compatibility doesn’t work. First thing I tried. I finished regressing from Server 2019 to Windows 10 and now everything works fine with the latest version of PMS. Of course Server 2022 was released last year, so now Plex is 3 versions behind in compatibility. But all the ad supported features work great.
