One NAS say"claim" other "Not authorized" after password reset- "PlexData" path in docs seems wrong

Hi Chuck,
Again, I can’t get my server to show in plex AFTER doing the reclaim. it worked for about a day and then when I returned to Plex it said:

”Add your media to Plex

Organize, beautify, stream, and share your personal collection of movies, TV, music, and photos anywhere, on all your devices. To get started, download our free Plex Media Server software on the device where you store your media.”

It wants me to DL the Plex server, but the Plex server is already running on Qnap.

What now?

None of these issues happened before the reclaim mess.

I just looked at your Plex.tv account.

I see three entries for QNAP. Not sure which is supposed to be the active one.

Also see a WIndows one.

If you have the time, I have the :hammer_and_wrench: to put it to right.

Yes, there are two 1GbE Adapters on the Qnap and one 10 GbE. They might all have entries. How do I see those on the account?
