Plex Server kicks me out off the movie when I click on settings

Every time I try and play certain movies. Not all but most, mainly the ones in with MKV containers, they play audio, but no video. I get a black screen, but they play as if everything was fine. But when I hit the playback settings it kicks me out and stops playback and gives me the error up top.

I couldn’t find anything on the forum to help, can anyone point me in the right direction, also can someone help me upload the logs. I see that is the very first thing everyone ask for.

I also have the same problem with my plex server on windows

Ubuntu bionic, 1.14.1.5488, when clicking on a season that consists of MKV files, I get this error.
