I was told to post this here after trying the Plex Dance multiple times. For some reason, when I open One Piece on my computer or on my Roku, the theme music it plays is the horrid 4kids opening, instead of the classic We Are opening. When I contacted the Theme Music department regarding this, I got the response back that it shouldn’t be playing 4kids, but We Are, as that is the song they have on file for the theme for One Piece.

So here are my logs regarding this issue plus the XML file for the show as requested.

Edit: Here is an updated Log Zip, as I was running a show while I saved the log. I’ve stopped everything, restart the server, went straight to the show’s page then saved another log file.

You are using the Hama agent. I have no idea what theme is pulled when using that agent. Switch to TheTVDB and you will get the theme from Plex.

I have tried Fixing the Match on Plex via TVDB agent but it does not fix the issue.

Do you possible have a local theme file? That will override the one received from Plex.

As far as I’m aware no, I’ve never added one in myself and no one else has configured my server so unless Plex somehow added the theme itself, then no.

Maybe from that agent? I see a theme entry in the XML you posted above. Normally there is no theme info listed, which made me think there is an external theme file.

How would I track it down? Where would I find it on my system?

I would suggest asking in the thread for the Hama agent. I have no idea how that agent works.

If you want to test something, I would suggest removing that show from your library. Create a new library using the TheTVDB agent, then add that show to this new library. See what theme you get?

Did as you suggested and it did play the right theme. It is the HAMA agent. Which sucks because the TVDB agent doesn’t name my episodes, just episode 1, 2, 3, etc. I’ll have to ask someone in that thread then. Thanks!!

These episode details are available with IMDb, copy and paste to eps if you require them.

Or you could drill down in the stored metadata from HAMA agent for One Piece and change agent name. I’m not sure if that will hold with Locking the episodes names but worth a crack.

@anon18523487 Cannot see Hama logs in there but the xml says so…

Guy is using a tvdb id so one song for the whole series.

Using “theme.mp3” in series folder with local media agent should overwrite the theme song and if not a plex dance should. he can replace in hama agent data folder the mp3 cache file with the tvdb.mp3 format and do the plex dance…

where would I find the hama agent data folder??

In Hama readme, in the troubleshooting section it has the path
/Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Data/com.plexapp.agents.hama/DataItems/…
