One time purchase android

So apparently there is a payback limit on the Plex mobile app for android and IOS (Mobile devices).

What I want to know is if I activate this one time purchase will the Plex mobile app be activated for every android and or IOS device or must it be activated per device?

To elaborate further:
As of right now I want Plext to run on the following devices.

I have 1 to 2 IOS decives
I have 1 to 4 Android devices

Do i only have to activate once for each platform. i.e. Once for android and once for IOS or will I have to activate once for every device I want to use the mobile app?

Also will this activation be linked to my plex account as it would be mighty annoying to sign into my respective account that I purchased the activation on on every device to activate it

or is it the case where if I activate on android regardless of whether or not my google account is connected I just restore the purchase.

The one-time activation works in the context of the applicable app store. If you purchase it in the Google Play store, you can use it with your devices using that app store. They won’t apply to Apple devices or apps using Amazon’s FireOS App Store.

So if i want to have multiple android devices activated would I be able to sign into that android device, activate the app and sign out again. As i would really prefer to not have to activate multiple android devices.

The purchase is tied to your app store account. You can download and use on any Android device with the app store you originally purchased it from with the app store account you purchased it with. For instance, if you purchase the app through Google Play, then the purchase will apply to any Android device using the same Google Play account. The purchase does not extend to a different Google Play account, nor does it extend to other app stores, such as Amazon or iTunes.

I only need to activate twice
Once for all IOS devices and once for all android devices

I think you need to be signed in with the same Google account on both devices (and remain signed in) for the in-app purchase to apply.

That’s a massive inconvenience, not going to lie, Inconvenient enough to the point I might use Plex trough a web browser.

I don’t exactly want to be signed into my personal account on every device I want to stream to as they aren’t all mine and I cant I have maxed out the amount of google accounts I can register to my phone number.

I take it that’s rather altruistic of you – though you might want to ask “contributors” if you want to give their stuff away for free (here: the Plex in-app purchase for the app activation).
