Only have language in Anime folder use Japanese as default?

Can I set the language of a Plex library as Japanese (for anime) and have English subtitles on by default?

I know I can set my language preferences account-wide:

But I don’t want Japanese to be the default for my entire account because I own a ton of American and British movies and shows.

And I also know I can set the language of a Plex library:

But I want all the show names, episode titles, and seasons in English. I only want the audio in Japanese for this one library, and I want to enable the correct subtitles by default.
