When accessing plex content by visiting server ip 192.168.1.24:32400 the login page which used to show all users now only shows the main account user.
its seems to hang a bit on select user then just shows the main user, even if I ctrl + f5 to force cache update
this also happens on the plex server if i browse to http://127.0.0.1:32400/
if I log in using the root user pin i get the error
Plex is not reachable.
Make sure your server has an internet connection and any firewalls or other programs are set to allow access.
the plex server has no firewall running, and my router allows all outgoing traffic.
when I go to the server home page I noticed that the server was not logged in, but after a while it does eventually log in. Once the plex server has logged it, I can then see all the users on client machine when trying to access the servers web page.
On the servers admin section I can see that I have the latest update (Version 1.10.0.4523 ) and the server is reachable remotely.
I am using chrome 62.0.3202.94
on windows 10 with aniversary update.
This has happened every day since the last update of the server.
what can I do to fix this issue.
