although I have multiple devices registered and working when I try to sync from any device (download movie to my Synology NAS), the only device given as an option is my phone???
You can only sync to mobile clients, like phones and tablets, which are running a Sync-compatible Plex app.
You cannot sync media between several Plex servers.
