Hi, Sorry for posting here, but I don’t get an ask question button in the mobile sync category.
I cannot download any media to my mobile devices. At present I can only play playlists on devices on the wireless internet.
When logging into the web app (on a PC/Win 10) I am unable to select media in the playlists (other than one song). When trying to download I am only given two IOS devices neither of which I want to use.
I cannot get Plex to see the the other devices for download although they are visible in the devices page.
Ideally for speeds sake I’d love to be able to download the playlist to my pc so I can copy it to a micro sd card and put it in my phone.
The files are .flac format.
Various discussions refer to an elipsis as helping - but I do not see one.
In all cases I draw a blank. As this is a very valuable feature for me, it is very frustrating.
Instructions like ‘select media to sync’ are not clear - I see no way of selecting the playlist. A single track is of no value, and so on.
Any help much appreciated.
