I was setting the remote quality to original for one of my remote users’ Roku and it seemed to stream as expected at 1080p. Then I went to set the remote quality to original in a home theater setup. The quality seemed to be stuck streaming at 480p for a 1080p video. Then the previous Roku’s quality went to 480p. The home theater setup is a Optoma UHD50 True 4K UHD Home Theater Projector, a Denon AVR-S540BT surround sound receiver, and an Xbox One X. What’s even weirder is that his other Roku device, which I didn’t touch, was still streaming at 720p as it was before. I then had the user download Plex for his phone and try a 1080p video which streamed at 480p. He then was able to successfully change the remote quality to 720p on his phone. How do I go about fixing this user’s remote quality?
