Open Plex opens a blank page

Clicking “Open Plex…” from the tray icon opens a blank page. URL is http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html. Reloading the page changes the URL to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/ (last three characters are added) and the content loads.
