If I try to open Plex Server I get error 404, 127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.
This has only happened recently.
Windows 11.
Reduce the address to just 127.0.0.1:32400/web/
Don’t append the index... part
I tried that but the browsers, firefox and chrome add /index.html on to the end.
Is Plex server actually running? Do you see the Plex icon in the task tray? (if it vanishes when you move the mouse pointer over it, it has crashed.)
It is running and I can use it from any TV. I have just tried Plex client for windows and that opens up and shows all films etc.
What happens if you use the hosted web app?

The local web app is intentionally not served per https, to make one hurdle less for initial setup.
Not knowingly. It only started recently.
It doesn’t appear that the browser is adding https.
