OpenPHT for ROKU

Will we ever have an OpenPHT for ROKU. I would aso wish for AEON NOX to be on board as well.

It’s a closed system, so I doubt it.

I’ll take it even as a private channel. I don’t know how complicate things are or if it even cost money to add channel. But having OpenPHT on ROKU would be a great addition. =D>

Having anything resembling the PlexHT interface on Roku would be great, but that may never happen. I’m very happy with the ODroid C2 solution, and consider it the closest thing we’ll ever get to a low cost (sub $100) full featured (HD Audio) Plex Appliance.

Don’t forget to tip your developers at Rasplex.

WeTek Hub is being worked on for (hopefully) the next release. It’s has the same chipset as the Odroid C2 but built in WiFi, remote, and more updated Linux versions.

Does ODroid support passthrough of the following codecs?

DTS-HD MA 4.1 / 5.1 / 7.1
TrueHD + Atmos (7.1.2)
LPCM 8 / 16 / 24bit 5.1 / 7.1
DTS: X
AC3
DTS
DD+

Just asking as tempted to replace my Pi 3 if it does. Can send you samples to test if necessary?

Def does passthrough of Standard Surround and HD-Codecs. HD codec was a must for me and finally had me switching from my HTPC. I don’t have Atmos/X, and not sure about LPCM.

I’d read up on some ODroid threads, I think you’ll be very happy for the price. I know I am.
