Opensource VIDEO_TS converter?

Hello,

I have a few files in VIDEO_TS format that I want to convert to mp4 for Plex. Seems Plex is unable to pick up on all episodes in VIDEO_TS format. Thanks for your advice.

Handbrake should do it too.

In fact, you can have Handbrake convert to mp4 as MakeMKV is, as it says on the tin, a convert-to-MKV utility. While you can convert MKV to MP4 it’s an unneeded extra step.
