in turned it on and in the movies i can't see the subtitles from opensubtitles option at all. in the tv shows it's only some episodes where i can and no more.
and is there a way to add agents.
please help me!

This is definitely a current weakness that the plex guys should work on.

Sometimes I get it working doing a Shift - Refresh of each chapter. You can imagine how many of those should I make for all my series and movies??
I would love the possibility to manually browse/select subtitles found for eg. a TV-show that doesn’t exactly match the name of the video. Most often a similar subtitle works fine although it doesen’t match the exact filename.
It would be great to be able to do this in both Plex/web and in PHT.
IN SUBTITLES THERE'S MUCH WORK NEEDED :(
1. rtl support-when plex recirgnizes the language too, the ! ? . , not in the right place in rtl
2. the plex media server will know to show every subtitle right without renaming.
3. creating a (good) metadata agent for subtitles.

This is the only feature holding me back from switching to Plex from XBMC - the semi-auto sub fetcher addon in XBMC rules!
I use a little (free) app called SolEol that works magic to retrieve subtitles in one or multiple languages.
I like it a lot. I use it on Mac but I think it is multiplatform.

I'm currently trying BSPlayer for Android, they have a very simple, automated search option that throws an overlay with multiple search results.
video will start automatically and won't wait for user to select a subtitle option.
Upon selecting a search result, BSPlayer downloads the corresponding file and starts rendering automatically.
If the subtitle is not to your liking (wrong episode, not in sync, etc), you can bring up search results again and select a different option and BSP will download that file.
Rinse and repeat until you find the file that works best for you.
I'm not sure if file is permanently downloaded to device or erased.
I think this would be a great improvement to the current subtitle feature PMS has.
