I am using agent to download subtitles: OpenSubtitles.org
I miss some characters in the subtitles.
How to solve this?

Opensubtitles often serves up subtitles which are not encoded in UTF-8, as required in many Plex clients.

Best way is to use Sub-Zero Subtitles agent.
