[Optimise Version Failed] Got a transcode session ping without a session GUID (or with an invalid one)

Server Version#: 1.19.1.2645
Player Version#: 4.22.3

Hi guys,

I’m trying to “Optimise”/Transcode a Movie in the purpose to share the playing of that movie to a friend with a very bad bandwith.

The process start then stop immediatly.

Plex Server is on a Intel Nuc 8i5BEH with 8th Gen Intel Core TM Pro and Ubuntu 18.04
and the libraries are stored on a NAS synology
The access between the two is provided by a mount with CIFS and a dedicated User on the NAS with Read/Write rights.

In the server console, I can only copy paste that part :

At first I was thinking to a Ridgh Issue but checked everything about that and I’m confident it’s not that.
