I have an indirect connection a lot of the time and you all know that limits you to 2mb/s transfer. So i decided instead of transcoding on the fly I would make some optimized versions. I have set it to custom picked universal TV and 720p 2mb/s, also have tried IOS 720p 2mb/s. If I am on the home network it will stream direct to my iphone 7 plus. When I turn off the wifi the video is still transcoding. Why? It tells me within the app that it is due to bandwidth limitations (required file like nearly 4mb/s) because the file is too large. However I optimized for 2mb/s so I don’t understand how that is.
