I’m running server version 1.9.4.4325.
Most of the time when I seek to a position in a movie Plex will just hang there forever and not do anything. I’m running Plex on a Poweredge server with 16 cpu’s and 16gb of ram. With these specs I shouldn’t expect issues seeking. Looking at the transcoding process shows that it’s only using 6% cpu and 0.6% ram. Is there anyway to optimize the seeks and not get stuck?
