Some video files are failing to transcode, giving an invalid metadata message. Any ideas?
I’m getting the same error. Have yet to find anything that addresses the issue.
Are you files multi-part files? The optimizer does not work for these.
no, not multipart, just random files.
You’ll need to provide the server logs.
