Optimisation issues with metadata

Server Version#: 1.24.2.4973

Hi

Im new to plex and finally got it working(ish) on my synology NAS. Now im getting an issue saying that the server is not poerful enough to convert the media when i try to watch a film on my TV so i thought i would optimise the file for TV to see if this made a difference.

Now when i first uploaded the file to the directory it misrepresented it as “the world is not enough” a documentary about James Bond when in point of fact it is a 1992 film called Knight Moves however i managed to fix this using the fix match facility. But when i try to optimise it i get an error message saying unable to optimise due to incorrect metadata.

Any ideas?? Im sure i am doing something wrong as im new to the software but for the life of me i cannot figure out what.

ok i seem to have got the video to play on the tv (without optimisation) by changing the setting in plex on the tv and change the max h.264 level under video from 5.1 to 5.0 however it still doesnt answer the optimisation issue?

It has also thrown up a new error on trying to play the film which is an error occured trying to play Knight Moves Error Code: h4 (not supported)

any ideas?
