I have 4K content that I have been trying to optimize/recode to 20 Mbps, 1080p & 4 Mbps 720p for streaming to my lower resolution TV’s & devices.
I have tried different Transcoder settings and with/without Hardware Acceleration but to no luck.
The media will optimize/recode to almost 40-50% and error out saying “The transcoder was unable to process this media.”
I found these errors in my “Plex Media Server” logs
