Option for "Random" TV Episodes?

To say PlexConnect is amazing is a vast understatement. It's completely changed how I manage my TV Shows and Movies - for the better. Thank you to everyone who has worked on it.

 

I was wondering if there already is or will be an option to randomly pick an episode of a particular TV show to play. For example, if I have six seasons of Seinfeld on Plex, can I tell it to randomly pick an episode from those six season and play it?

I will add it to feature discussion but this is probably something that should be requested as a Plex media server feature rather than at individual client level.

If it was available in the server we would then look at possibly implementing it.

There is...

- select your show

- close your eyes

- press up/down in a weird fashion, multiple times

- press play
