It is indeed not possible to delete individual items which were synced as a group. But you can do this, which takes care of the issue automatically: Next time when you sync a group of movies, tick the checkbox ‘only unwatched’. After you have watched one movie and perform a Sync operation, it will get deleted automatically from your phone, making room for the next one.
