Option to disable Subtitles on Demand or at least a fix

3rd time is the charm

I reiterate what I said here: Subtitles on-demand visible to all users when it should not be

To recap.: A user searches for a subtitle via PlexWeb and downloads it.
All users, including the server owner, will then see the subtitle and have it enabled by default.

I am sick and tired of seeing subtitles downloaded by other accounts being automatically loaded and available to all other accounts, including mine.

Please allow the option to completely disable Subtitles on Demand/server or at least fix it so that each user can only see their downloaded subtitles.
