Option to disable swipe to remove from playlist on Plexamp

Please add an option to disable swipe to remove from playlist on Plexamp.

On my phone you swipe from the side to go back. Constantly I am accidentally removing a song from a playlist when I’m trying to go back and then I have no idea which song I just deleted.

If I’m in a hurry and I don’t have time to be super careful then I just won’t listen to my playlists because the risk of removing something from my playlist is just too high.

If I want to remove a song from a playlist I can click the three dots then select remove from playlist in the context menu. I will never ever ever use swipe to remove

The only work arounds are listening to something other than my playlist or using a different music app all together.

In my opinion this one of the biggest flaws with the Plexamp.

Edit: after creating this post, i see that remove from playlist is no longer an option in the context menu…

I’m just wondering…
To navigate back, you need to swipe from the left side to the right.
The option to remove an item (e.g. from the play queue or playlist) is displayed if you swipe from the right to the left.

Do you experience that in a RTL language setup where “back” is also triggered by swiping from right to left?

Yeah, i hold my phone with my right hand so i always swipe from right to left to go back, which half the time ends up deleting a song

Edit: i never knew you could swipe from left to right to go back

Is that on an Android or iOS mobile device?

I’m on android, currently on a S24 ultra, but when i had a Z fold 4 it was a big issue because the screen is so skinny on that phone
