Is it possible to bring back the Optional Audio Support options into the Plex Preview app settings? I have several Google Pixel devices, and Plex tries to play supported video with EAC3 audio, however it doesn’t work on Pixels. In the old app, I could just turn off the EAC3 support and then watch all my media fine. But there are a good amount of things I can’t watch on the Plex Preview app because I can’t disable EAC3 support.
Thanks for letting us know, Pixel devices shouldnt be playing EAC3 it should be transcoded for you.
Could you let me know your model number of the device, im guessing its the Pixel 9?
