Original Playback isn't an option

Hi,

I have one MKV file that does not give me an option to play the original stream, but I have all options for a converted version of the movie. Any ideas why Play Original Quality is not an option for this file?

I’m having the same problem on the NVIDIA Shield. I was able to get Original Quality back by disabling Audio Passthrough on HDMI but I’m still getting a tone mapped SDR version that stutters on playback.

Are you having this issue with all movies?

No, only 4K HDR/DV content. I’ve made some headway and have the option back but plex is still transcoding.
