Transcoding despite original quality asked

Hello,

I have a Plex Media Server installed on a Synology NAS DS920+. I access it from a NVIDIA Shield Android TV not located on the same network.
When I play from it, files are always transcoded and I can’t make it play in original quality despite I said to play in original quality in settings.
I have a fiber optic connection and it should not be a problem to play in original quality.

Have you a tip to make it play in original quality ?
Besides, when I play a file, on Plex Android TV app, I can’t choose original quality in play settings. Only convert automatically and qualities below 480p whereas my file is 720p, encoded in H264 3.1 High in MKV container

Can you please provide DEBUG log files which capture the start of the playback session so we can see what and why it decides to transcode ?
