From some time I have problem, whenever I start video that starts as “Orginal Quality”, however in nerd statistics and the visual quality, you can see it is transcoding in very low resolution. On the server I have no limits set for quality (Automatically adjust quality is OFF). So to get real “Original Quality”, I have to set quality to any other for example 720p HD, wait until it loads few frames, and then switch back to “Original Quality”, that is the only way it works for me and it plays very well.
It is really annoying, that causes one more ploblem, because when I disable video steam transcoding entirely on the server, suddenly all medias become unplayable.
I tried removing cache, clearing appdata and reinstalling Plex app.
