OS X Based Plex Server Keeps Crashing [Solved]

My Plex Server has started crashing constantly. If I restart the computer? Crashes within five minutes. If I restart Plex itself? Crashes within five minutes. It also has dropped and stopped recognizing my HD Tuner (Which I can still successfully access from the same computer via the IP address).

I don’t see anything obvious in the log files, though the console is kicking out some red lines, all which reference the database being locked.

Beyond that, I’m not sure where to begin troubleshooting.

OS X: 11.4 (Big Sur)
Server Version#: 1.23.6.4810

EDIT: I’ve attempted to restore from a DB backup (from 7.17), and it did not resolve the issue.

EDIT 2: Rolled back to a previous version of the Server app (was on betas without even realizing), which seems to have resolved. Now have to submit a bug report for that beta.
