Other authorized users unable to remotely access libraries - server account has lifetime plex pass

I have a lifetime plex pass and a plex server setup. remote access is enable with a manual port and status appears ‘fully accessible outside your network’. My admin account with the lifetime pass can access the libraries remotely; however, other users with library access are unable to see the library remotely (indicates libraries are offline).

What is odd, is that this is a new issue. Until a week or so ago, those other users were able to remotely access without any problems.

Your server version is most probably affected by the security vulnerability described here, Plex Media Server - Security Update . Plex recently cut off remote access for non-owners of the affected versions.
You need to update to the latest official server version.
