[Solved] Server no available for remote straming despite lifetime Plex Pass

Hi,

I have a lifetime Plex Pass and after the changes in April, My best friend cannot access my server anymore.

According to the articles

If the server owner has Plex Pass, remote streaming should be enabled. Now, I have lifetime Plex Pass, I own the server (I does say Server claimed by <email>), and I tried to restart the machine and the Plex server. Nothing changed.

When my friend logs in, he can read the message X user in Plex Home can’t watch remotely.

My plex version is Version 1.41.8.9834

Do you have any suggestion? I paid for my license and I would really like to keep using Plex.
I need to emphasize that I did not change any configuration. This happened in April because of the new policy. Note, I am not complaining about the policy.

Yes this is happening again - previouskly when my request for support turned into blame any body but the children at PlexI worte to their legal guys demanding money back or service in 7 days or I would start a small court action.

I think it is criminal that these guys don’t test releases properly before they roll it out what it is .they roll out in the background and break everything.

It has all become too much money and data grabs.
They are pushing hard their own media and channels at the expense of what this product was customers need to use the service they have paid for.

Annoyingly I will go through support confirming that ABSOLUTELY nothing has changed at my end - the only thing which has changed is PLEX.

Sadly, when I searched for remote streaming that article did not pop up.

This week I am gonna update my system. Thanks for the hint.
