Had to reset my router after an internet outages a few days ago. Ever since, no one with access to my libraries has been able to play any content. TV apps show my server as unavailable. Phone apps just give an error when trying to play any videos. Remote access is working, but only for my admin account. I do have a lifetime Plex Pass. Any recommendations?

Remote access on your version is disabled due to the security issue.
As a follow-up to the original report and in an abundance of caution due to a population of servers still on an affected Plex Media Server version (versions 1.41.7.x to 1.42.0.x), we have made adjustments for access to affected servers. Specifically, other users to which the server owner has granted access to the server will not be able to connect to it while the server is running an affected version. Ah, that was it. Thank you! Server kept saying it was up-to-date. I never even thought to check the website for a manual update.
