I have a number of “Other Video” libraries. Now I know that this category does not have posters but what used to happen is that the server would present something like a thumbnail of the video in place of the poster. This had been working a long while ago but for the past several months what I have noticed is that all of the videos are now just a black rectangle. I was suspecting that it might have been a setting that had gotten changed somehow but I cannot seem to find anything. Has anyone else seen this? Or perhaps have a solution?
