So i am setting up my new Plex Server, Movies Metadata works fine but home videos are just blank i made sure my settings are the same as my last server which it generated Posters and Backgrounds for Home Videos.! I’ve tried reinstalling plex and reading the libraries doesn’t solve issue.

… same here! One out of 25 vidoes does have an poster though…
… try to “Analyze” your files - it helped on my side. All videos are now with a poster 
I still have the issue i have no idea why
