Paid for a pass, but still get commercials

I paid for, and have an active Plex Pass, but still get commercials. Do you still get commercials with a paid subscription, or am I not logged on correctly?

Commercials? Where?

A Plex Pass has nothing to do with content or the showing of “commercials.” If you are seeing those in your local content then they must be inside the file itself.

All a Plex Pass really does is open up a few extra features inside Plex.

… and if you’re talking about Plex Movies and TV - everybody gets adverts. Having a Plex Pass has nothing to do with the advertisements whatsoever.
