Panasonic TH-65HX750W with 4k file

Hi,all
I bought panasonic th-65hx750w 4k TV.
There is built in plex app I can use,but there is one problem, server will transcode from 4k hevc to 1080p even I set direct stream on my TV (the status in server web console currently playing)

What can I do to stream original files without transcodec?

In my thoughts, this TV can deal with netflix 4k dolby vision file, the chip in this TV is powerful to handle my own 4k file in NAS.

The client that is installed on your TV is old and unsupported. It will not play 4k content.

If you want to play 4k you will need something that supports the newer client (Roku, Firestick, Console)
