Parse path failed! path=joy

When trying to play one of the installed games, I get an ‘unknown error occurred’ message on the client, and the server logs show the following error ‘parse path failed! path=joy’. They also show a warning ‘Driver mame not found -1’.

No other cores are installed other than the default one.

I am running on a windows server (windows server 2016) with 80gb ram, a Nvidia 1030 graphics card and 2 xeon E5-2603 processors with 6 cores each. Not much else is running on the server. The graphics card is connected to a monitor.
