There are 2 bugs I guess to this issue
Before I play a movie, I need to set manually the audio device, via Player for Windows → Audio Device and enable all passthrough options for DTS HD, DTS:X, TrueHD and Dolby Atmos to be sent correctly to my soundbar
This should be done every time in order to work correctly
After Windows wakes up from sleep, the Plex app switches back to auto option inside Audio Device, and again the passthrough is not working.
I expect the passthrough work correctly even on “auto” option and not require to set it every time
