Password reset email not received

Password reset email not received for another account. I checked my email logs and I do not see a plex mail server sending in email. The IPs of the plex servers are not blocked and receive email from them for other accounts. I also can send mail to the account that I am attempting to reset the password for from gmail. I need to password reset this specific account. What can I do?
